Cathal McCarthy joins Hull City from UCD

UCD centre-half Cathal McCarthy (18) has officially signed for Hull City on a two-and-a-half year contract for an undisclosed fee. A great move for the Ireland U19 defender who will return to UCD until the summer to complete his leaving cert before taking up full-time with the Championship club. Cathal was involved in the UCD Uefa Youth League adventure last year. ☘️
