Sinclair Armstrong and Franco Umeh may be on the move

Not that it has all gone wrong for Sinclair Armstrong at Bristol City but at 22 the young forward should be getting more time than he is at the moment with the Robins. The former Shamrock Rovers forward moved to Ashton Gate from QPR last summer and while he made 36 appearances last season he only scored three goals.
