A decent weekend in Europe for the Irish, the highlight undoubtedly being Troy Parrott’s performance for AZ Alkmaar. It began on Friday night as Andrew Omobamidele played the last 25 minutes in Strasbourg’s dramatic 3-3 draw with PSG in Paris. But he was only one of several Boys in Green performing in the big leagues across the continent.
